LEGO M&W provides an opportunity to catalyze change from within and beyond. How can we ensure the creation of more inclusive LEGO sets for all if someone within the company opposes it due to a closed mindset? After all, LEGO's mission is to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow.
LEGO M&W will feature various conferences that all LEGO employees are required to attend in order to accumulate credits and expand their knowledge. Everyone is welcome at this event, including parents, as it will provide free daycare where children can play, learn, and receive complimentary LEGO sets at the end of the day.
A user-friendly interface (UI) has been developed to streamline the experience and enable easy tracking of children in the daycare, the credits the employees are required to bank, and much more!
